How a Clinic Cut Its Phone Queues with Automated Reservations

Lumious Beauty House moved reservations from the phone to a self-service system connected to treatment schedules and stock.

Key Takeaways

Phone reservations made the clinic lose prospective customers outside operating hours and consumed staff time every day. A self-service reservation system connected to treatment schedules and availability turned it into a 24-hour process with no phone queues.

Every day, the staff at Lumious Beauty House answered the same phone calls: asking about open slots, writing down names, then calling back whenever something changed. Outside operating hours, those calls went unanswered — and prospective customers moved on to another clinic.

What We Built

A self-service reservation page connected directly to treatment schedules and room availability. Customers choose a service, see the slots that are actually open, and receive an automatic confirmation — without a single phone call.

Customers no longer ask “is there a slot?” — they simply pick one themselves.

The Result

The clinic's phone now carries questions that genuinely need a human. Staff stopped being schedule operators, and no more prospective customers are lost just because they called at the wrong hour.
